This is my most intensive level of engagement.

A Strategic Intervention is for a significant, complex or business-critical commercial challenge that requires senior, hands-on leadership. I step directly into your business to diagnose the root cause, take command of the situation and execute a recovery or transformation.

Due to the depth of this work, I take on a maximum of three new strategic clients per quarter.

This level of engagement is not for everyone. It is for leadership teams who are committed to making a decisive change and building a more commercially resilient business.

The Process

Diagnosis First, Then Execution.

My process is built on the same discipline I bring to my clients: clarity, structure and a focus on the commercial realities. There are no sales pitches.


Step 1: The Initial Consultation (15 Minutes)

This is a brief, zero-cost call to determine if we have a mutual fit. I will ask specific questions to understand the outline of your challenge, and you will have the chance to determine if my approach is right for you.


Step 2: The Commercial Audit (Fixed-Fee)

If we agree to proceed, the mandatory next step is a formal, fixed-fee Commercial Audit. This is a deep diagnostic where I forensically review the project, the contracts and the commercial position. This is a paid engagement and the deliverable is a clear, unfiltered report on your position and a strategic roadmap for recovery.


Step 3: The Full Intervention

Based on the findings of the audit, I will present a proposal for a full, hands-on Strategic Intervention.
